Our Advisers

Kelly is the Managing Director of Kelly DePonte Advisory LLC and has over 42 years of experience in private markets and investment banking. He advises Hanover on strategic issues on certain of its initiatives. Kelly has worked with Mr Sood when they were colleagues at the First Interstate Bank of California’s merchant bank in the derivatives group. He most recently spent 22 years with Probitas Partners, a global private markets placement agent as Head of Research, and still serves there as a Senior Advisor. Kelly is also an Advisory Board member at the Investment Management Due Diligence Association. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
