Our Directors

Arvi is a co-founder of HSC, which he helped establish in 2001. He has over three decades of experience in debt capital markets, currency and interest rate risk management, structuring and executing complex funding and project finance transactions. He gained this experience by holding functional and managerial positions at major financial institutions in New York and London, including Chemical Bank (now J.P. Morgan), Merrill Lynch, First Interstate Bank, Kidder Peabody and Tokyo Mitsubishi International.

Since 2021, Arvi has been focused on climate and energy transition solutions backed by science, research and testing. He has been working with material and environmental scientists in developing technology enabled climate solutions using advanced materials sourced from one of HSC’s clients.

Arvi is a graduate of Yale University where he read economics and wrote his thesis on corporate social responsibility.
